Our team is constantly on a mission to deliver meaningful real estate results to our clients. We listen to, educate and empower our clients, understanding their needs and motivations. We leverage our local market knowledge, technology, and marketing expertise and utilize our proven processes to seamlessly execute transactions. Our ultimate goal is to take the stress out of the process and make it as enjoyable as possible.

In 2013, team leader Eric Johnson founded Mission Realty Advisors with the goal of making his client’s real estate transactions transparent, seamless, stress-free and fun, later joining Compass in order to elevate the team’s offerings by providing clients with best in class technology, tools and resources. In 2015, Eric's partner, Melissa Raynor joined to help expand the team's sales and marketing efforts. After founding Mountain Standard Realty in Jackson and Teton Valley with partners in 2020, Eric and Melissa decided to branch out and sell on their own.

With over $1B of real estate transactions and extensive real estate experience in big cities and smaller towns, clients can be assured that Eric, Melissa and team have the expertise to smoothly guide them from start to finish.

The Mission Realty Advisors Team specializes in real estate transactions in and around the Jackson Hole area including Teton County, Wyoming and Teton Valley, Idaho.
